BECKLEY (WVVA) - A man wanted for murder in Raleigh County has been arrested.
Charles Young, 40, was captured Wednesday night in Raleigh. He was arraigned and charged with first-degree murder in the slaying of Frank Accord who was killed at a strip mine site in Glen Daniel in February.
Young is being held without bond in Southern Regional Jail.
