Woman charged with using stolen credit card

RAINELLE (WVVA) - A Rainelle woman is facing charges for credit card theft.

Police say Jacqulyn Metz made several purchases on a credit card that had been reported missing.

Metz is charged with eight counts of fraud, one count of forgery on a credit card receipt and one count of attempting to pass off the forgery as a true signature.

Metz was caught on video using the card a a GoMart in Rainelle.

Police say the card was also used to pay for calls made from Southern Regional Jail, where Metz's boyfriend was held at the time.

The charges total $175.
