Pair of Robberies in Raleigh County

RALEIGH COUNTY (WVVA)--- Police are looking for multiple suspects in two separate robberies that happened Sunday morning.

The first happened in Beckley at the Wendy's off of Robert C. Byrd Drive.

According to the Beckley Police Department, two individuals, one who was armed with a gun, demanded money from employees that were getting ready to open the restaurant.

The employees complied and the two got away with an undisclosed amount of money.

At this time there is no description of the suspects. The Beckley Police Department is investigating.

The second robbery happened in Glen Daniel at the Dollar Store off of Harper Road.

According to Raleigh County 911, a suspect entered the store with something in his hand. It is unknown if it was a weapon or not.

The suspect demanded money from the cashier, who complied and fled on foot.

There is no description at this time of the suspect. The Raleigh County Sheriff's Department is investigating.
