PRINCETON (WVVA)--- When the storms of June 29th rolled through the Two Virginias', it left the blood supply extremely low. That is when residents answered the call to re-supply.
Ramey and the Red Cross made the decision to give blood a little easier by entering everyone who gave blood into a contest to win a free car.
And today that car was given away. Angela Miller was the big winner of the car.
It made it even sweeter for Miller who consistently gives blood, because she has seen first hand how it can help save a life.
Her husband suffers from blood cancer.
180 finalists for the car were selected from thousands who gave blood. From there, 30 names were selected to play Bingo for the car.
