TAZEWELL (WVVA)--- Police in Tazewell County say the man they have been searching for months has been captured in Texas.
27-year-old Chris Sturgill was pulled over Thursday for a DUI in Austin, Texas. After police there ran his records, they found out he was wanted in Tazewell County.
According to Sheriff Brian Hieatt of Tazewell County, Sturgill was with his brother at the time and drastically changed his appearance.
Sturgill was wanted on drug charges and a probation violation,
Sheriff Hieatt says that they are working on getting Sturgill extradited back to Virginia.
