ALDERSON, W. Va (WVVA)-- The show must go on, according to Alderson "Patriotic Days" Committee co-chair Mark Ballard.
Ballard told WVVA the fireworks that have now been canceled twice will take place Monday night around 9 PM. The show will also include the fireworks canceled on Saturday, doubling the size of the originally planned fireworks display.
This is all part of the "Patriotic Days" celebration Alderson is throwing over Labor Day weekend to make up for the Fourth of July festival that was postponed because of the June 29 storm.
