PINEVILLE (WVVA) - Circuit Judge Warren McGraw issued the following bond-related rulings on a pair of cases in Wyoming County, according to Prosecutor Rick Staton's office:
Bond was revoked on Craig Scott Rhodes. Rhodes had pending charges for false pretenses when he was arrested on two additional charges. All relate to his operation of a contracting business in which he allegedly took money from persons, but did not perform contracting services. Rhodes was remanded to jail pending trial and indictment on the new charges.
McGraw also denied a request for reduction of bond on behalf of Joshua Scott Sellards. Sellards faces indictment for two counts of aggravated robbery. He remains lodged in the Southern Regional Jail on a $100,000 bond.
