MULLENS (WVVA) - Bond has been revoked from a Wyoming County woman charged with DUI in a deadly 2009 crash.
Circuit Judge Warren McGraw revoked the bond of Deon Nicole Toler. Toler is charged with DUI Causing Death in connection with an October 2009 crash that killed Stacy Wayne McLamb of Mullens.
A previous trial of Toler resulted in a mistrial. She was recently arrested in Raleigh County on charges of shoplifting, possession of marijuana and possession of a controlled substance -- resulting in the bond revocation.
Toler is being held at Southern Regional Jail pending retrial.
