LEWISBURG (WVVA) - A Virginia man accused of abducting his ex-wife appeared in Greenbrier County court Tuesday.
Thomas Faulls faces charges of robbery, abduction by force and assault on a family member in Virginia. He acknowledged new charges of being a fugitive from the Commonwealth.
Faulls allegedly kidnapped Lori Faulls. She was able to escape after they stopped in Lewisburg. Thomas was arrested a short time later. He is currently being held at Southern Regional Jail awaiting extradition.
The case is still under investigation. Attorneys say additional charges could be filed.
