BLUEFIELD (WVVA) - Union workers at Frontier Communications took to the streets in downtown Bluefield Monday.
The workers have been working without a contract since October 2011, and with both sides still failing to reach an agreement the workers decided to picket.
The workers are represented by the Communication Workers of America.
Local 22-76 says a main issue in the negotiations is health care. Workers are expected to picket again Wednesday.
