BLUEFILED (WVVA)--- The 2nd Chance Learning Center got their 2nd chance Sunday evening as Jake Owen and Eric Church returned to the Two Virginias
The card featured Andy Crawford, Jake Owen, and Eric Church.
Eric Robinson of the 2nd Chance Learning Center says that in all, around 200 volunteers helped set the concert venue up.
In June crews had about a week to set Mitchell Stadium up from football field to concert stage, this time, due to high school and college football games, they had one night.
