LEWISBURG (WVVA) - A mother from Virginia was found safe after police say she was abducted by her ex-husband.
Investigators say Thomas Faulls took his ex-wife, Lori, from the Richmond area Wednesday afternoon.
She managed to escape when they stopped in Lewisburg. Greenbrier County deputies were able to arrest Thomas Faulls a short time later.
Police say they needed to find Lori quickly because of Thomas' history of violence. He's accused of assaulting his daughter and demanding money from her just last week.
