BECKLEY (WVVA) - A Raleigh County man was arrested on drug charges following a traffic stop Tuesday.
Henry Aaron Reed was traveling on the Coalfields Expressway when he was pulled over for defective equipment on his vehicle.
After making the stop, Corporal J.L. Redden with the Raleigh County Sheriff's Department noticed a strong odor of marijuana. A search of the vehicle revealed 54 grams of marijuana -- a $300 street value.
Reed was charged with possession of a controlled substance.
