PRINCETON (WVVA) - Two of four suspects in a 2011 slaying in Mercer County are now behind bars.

Thomas Tyler Hall, 38, and Tammy L. Keen, 39, are both being held without bond in Southern Regional Jail on charges of first-degree murder, robbery and conspiracy following their arraignments Monday.

According to the criminal complaint, police say Hall and Keen, along with two other suspects -- Barbara Hylton and Chad Hylton -- conspired to set up and rob 41-year-old Timmy Dewitt at an area near the gorge off Eads Mill Road.

Dewitt's body was found in March 2011 by a bridge maintenance worker. Dewitt had been shot multiple times.

The criminal complaint says DNA from cigarette butts collected at the scene match Keen's. A bullet collected from the scene also is a match with the suspected murder weapon.
