Beckley, W.Va.--An African national is arrested for allegedly impersonating a police office.

Detectives with the Beckley Police Department say Obed Jipmou pretended to be an FBI agent in order to gain personal information off his victims. What he was doing with that information is still under investigation.

Jipmou has been living in the Beckley area for the past several years on a student visa.
