RUPERT(WVVA) - A Greenbrier County man is behind bars after allegedly breaking into a Rupert restaurant.
42-year-old Delmas Ray Parsons is charged with one felony count of breaking and entering.
The Greenbrier County Sheriff's Department arrested Parsons after he was identified on surveillance video, and after extensive interviews with restaurant employees.
Parsons is in Souther Regional Jail in Beaver. Bond is set at $20,000.
