BECKLEY (WVVA) - A suspected drug dealer is arrested after police find eight pounds of high-grade marijuana in his car.
Tobiaz Smith, 35, of Beckley was busted following an anonymous tip.
In addition to the marijuana, more than $12,000 in cash was seized. Police say the pot had a street value of around $8,000 -- approximately $1,000 a pound.
