UPDATE: Horn found guilty of Involuntary Manslaughter

WELCH (WVVA) - A McDowell County jury has found Victor Horn guilty of involuntary manslaughter.  Horn was originally charged with first degree murder in the February 2011 death of his wife, Madeline. 

Victor Horn claims he accidentally shot his wife while posing for a photo while holding a shotgun. Horn said the flash startled him and caused him to pull the trigger.

The jury also found Horn guilty of wanton endangerment and child abuse creating risk of injury.  Horn will be sentenced in September.
