BECKLEY (WVVA) - A Raleigh County church is planning a picnic to say 'thank you' to utility workers who have been laboring for days to restore service to thousands affected by last month's summer storm.
Calloway Heights Baptist Church in Beckley will hold a cookout to show thanks to utility workers Saturday, July 14 at 1 p.m.
