JONBEN (WVVA) - A Raleigh County man has been charged with child neglect resulting in death after allegedly backing a vehicle over a 13-month-old boy he was babysitting.
Charles W. Wickline, 45, of Jonben, was arrested Thursday evening following the incident at his residence on Bacontown Road.
The child was pronounced dead at Raleigh General Hospital.
Wickline is being held at Southern Regional Jail on $250,000 bond.
Further details have not been released at this time. The Raleigh County Sheriff's Department is investigating.
