SUMMERS COUNTY (WVVA) - An early morning fire claims a Summers County home.

The blaze started around 4:40 a.m. Wednesday morning at a residence on Gun Club Road, near Hinton.

According to Summers County 911 Dispatch, four local fire departments responded to the fire.

The Summers County Sheriff's Department is working with first responders on the scene.

WVVA will provide updates on the fire as soon as they become available.
