FAYETTEVILLE (WVVA) - A motorcyclist was killed in Fayette County after a collision with a van.
The crash occurred at Route 19 and Keller Avenue in Fayetteville late Saturday night.
Police say a van pulled directly into the path of the motorcycle. The motorcycle, driven by 30-year-old Wesley Shackleford of Mount Lookout, crashed into the rear of the van.
Shackleford was pronounced dead at Plateau Medical Center.
The crash remains under investigation.
