SISSONVILLE, W.Va. (AP) -- Craig Berner will take a two-stroke lead into the final round of the West Virginia Open on the course where he's the host pro.
Berner shot a 4-under-par 67 Thursday at Edgewood Country Club in Sissonville. He's at 8 under through two rounds. Berner is going after his second Open title. He won the 2005 event at Snowshoe Mountain.
First-round leader Christian Brand and 2001 champion Jonathan Clark are tied for second place at 6 under. Clark shot a 3-under 68 Thursday and Brand shot 70.
David Bradshaw shot 67 and is in fourth place at 5 under, three strokes back. Bradshaw is going after his fourth straight Open win.
Four other golfers are five shots behind Berner.
