PRINCETON (WVVA) - Despite the threatening skies, fans beamed with pride Monday evening in Princeton as the city celebrated its state baseball champions.
Fans who lined the parade route to celebrate said it was a privilege to be able to share the experience with the Tigers, who won the AAA state boys baseball title last week with a 7-4 victory over Nitro.
This marks the first baseball championship in the school's history and the first state title of any kind in more than 30 years.
