    Beckley, W.Va. – United States Attorney Booth Goodwin announced that a Greenbrier County man pled guilty to a federal drug charge in Beckley Thursday. Seth Allen Carr, 24, of Alderson, admitted that on April 9, 2014, he used a telephone to facilitate a drug transaction. When he used the telephone he was in Lewisburg. FAYETTEVILLE (WVVA) - An elderly Fayette County man is behind bars after being charged with fatally shooting three people.

Sheriff's deputies received reports shortly after 5 a.m. that a man had shot three people and was still armed at a residence on Toney Hollow Road.

Sheriff's deputies responded to the scene at 136 Toney Hollow Road minutes later to discover three victims, two females and one male. All three suffered from multiple gunshot wounds.

The females -- ages 57 and 47 -- were found inside the residence, while the male, age 82, was found on the porch of a neighboring home.

The females were pronounced dead at the scene. The male was transported to Plateau Medical Center in Oak Hill where he was later died.

Police were able to locate the suspect, armed with a handgun, and take him into custody.

83-year-old Howard Junior Curry of Fayetteville has been arrested and charged with three counts of murder. Curry is being transported to Southern Regional Jail.

Police say the victims are related, but two are from outside the immediate area. The victims' names aren't being released at this time. Their bodies have been sent to the state medical examiner for autopsies.

The incident remains under investigation by the Fayette County Sheriff's Department.
