UPDATE: PRINCETON (WVVA) - Crews have cleared the scene of a multi-vehicle accident on Route 460 in Princeton.

Mercer County 911 says the westbound lanes of Route 460 near Walmart were closed for approximately 15 minutes as crews cleared debris.

At least two people were transported to Princeton Community Hospital. No severe injuries have been reported.

A school bus involved in the crash was able to leave the scene shortly after the crash. The Mercer County Sheriff's Department says the students on board were transported to PCH for precautionary measures as required by School Board guidelines.

The investigating officers were unable to be reached for further details Tuesday morning.

 

PRINCETON (WVVA) - Dispatch and witnesses are reporting an accident involving four vehicles on Route 460 in Princeton, just past Walmart in the west bound lanes.

Dispatch is reporting that one vehicle involved in the crash is a school bus. No injuries are being reported at this time.

Witnesses at the scene are describing debris on the roads. A WVVA employee is describing traffic delays in both directions and that emergency personnel are on the scene, including Princeton Rescue.
