PRINCETON (WVVA) - A plea hearing for a Mercer County man accused of murdering his cousin's wife has been rescheduled.
The hearing for 22-year-old Emmanuel Ray Jackson scheduled for Wednesday has been moved to March 12.
In late January, Jackson plead down to charges of second-degree murder and robbery in connection with the 2011 death of Erika Goad.
Jackson had originally been charged with first-degree murder.
