SUMMERS COUNTY (WVVA) - A Summers County teen has been accused of sexual assault and abuse by a custodian or person of trust.
Kevin Zickefoose, 18, was arrested Tuesday and jailed on $50,000 bond.
Police say the alleged assault took place in late December 2011.
Zickefoose also faces a charge of indecent exposure.
