WHITE SULPHUR SPRINGS (WVVA) - The musical acts for 2012's Greenbrier Classic have been announced.
Rod Stewart, Lionel Richie, Toby Keith and Bon Jovi will participate in the third installment of the concert series that accompanies the Greenbrier's PGA golf tournament.
Jim Justice announced today that he wanted to bring more musical diversity to this years lineup.
"I didn't want the show to be pop and more pop, or county and more country, I think its important to have something there that everyone will enjoy," Justice said.
The first act will be on Wednesday, July 4th 2012 with Toby Keith. Justice said that there is no other artist that is more patriotic than Toby Keith.
The next concert date will be July 6th, featuring Rod Stewart with Lionel Richie as a special guest. Bon Jovi will be performing Saturday, July 7th.
All performances will be held at the West Virginia State Fair Grounds. Tickets can be purchased now until May for a discounted price of $159 dollars. After May ticket prices go up to $189. Each ticket provides entry to the golf tournament as well as all concerts.
