Robert rejoined the WVVA News team in April 2011. He had previously spent more than four years with WVVA as a photojournalist, covering major events from presidential candidate appearances in 2004 and 2008 to Bridge Days and the tragic 2007 Little General explosion in Ghent. Robert is stationed at WVVA's Beckley Newsroom, covering stories daily in Raleigh, Fayette and Greenbrier counties. Robert enjoys introducing new reporters to the region and showing them the ropes as they begin their broadcast journalism careers.
