    MERCER CO. (WVVA) - Dustie Beller was on trial for running over a woman with her car all for chainsaw. While she was found not guilty of attempted murder, the jury did find her guilty of petty larceny, conspiracy, failure to stop and render aid, and malicious wounding. RAINELLE, W.Va. (AP and WVVA) -- Three people face arson charges stemming from the burning of five vehicles at the West Virginia State Police's Rainelle detachment.

State Police say in a news release that troopers arrested 22-year-old Nicholas Michael White of Danese, and two Meadow Bridge residents, 47-year-old David Clayton White and 26-year-old Joshua Emmanuel Redden, on Monday.

All three are charged with one count of second-degree arson, eight counts of third-degree arson and one count of conspiracy to commit a felony.

All three are being held on $1 million bond.

Also arrested Monday and charged with one count of conspiracy, 32-year-old Jennifer White and 56-year-old Floyd White, both of Danese. They are each being held on $250,000 bond.

Two State Police vehicles and three others that were part of an ongoing investigation were burned around 1 a.m. on Dec. 15. No one was at the detachment at the time and there were no injuries.
