UPDATE: DUNBAR (WVV) - Authorities have arrested the man wanted in Tuesday's fatal double shooting in Raleigh County.

Jessie Suttle, 29, was apprehended shortly after noon Wednesday in the Dunbar area.

Suttle is charged with two counts of homicide in the deaths of 18-year-old Landon Williams and an unnamed 16-year-old.

The shooting occurred at Suttle's residence.

ORIGINAL REPORT: MILL CREEK ROAD (WVVA) - Two are confirmed dead in a shooting in Raleigh County.

The incident occurred on Mill Creek Road --- on the Raleigh-Fayette county line around 10:30 p.m. Tuesday.

Landon Williams, 18, of Oak Hill was found dead at the scene and a 16-year-old juvenile -- also from Oak Hill -- was later pronounced dead at a local hospital.

Authorities say the incident began with a fight between Williams and the suspected shooter's brother during a party at a Mill Creek Road residence. The suspect allegedly retrieved a gun and shot Williams twice. A third shot struck the juvenile who was near Williams.

Police say alcohol was found at the scene.

The shooter and his brother, whose names aren't being released, fled the scene. The suspect is considered armed and dangerous.

Officers from Fayette and Raleigh counties and the West Virginia State Police are investigating the incident and actively searching for the suspect.
