TAZEWELL (PRESS RELEASE) - On November 18th, the new President & Chief Executive Officer for Carilion Clinic, Nancy Howell Agee, will give the program at Rotary Club of Tazewell's meeting at the American Legion Hall at 12:15 p.m. Agee is an honors graduate of University of Virginia and Emory University, with post-graduate studies at the Kellogg School of Business, Northwestern University. Her vision emphasizes the improvement of health care to prevent the need for medical care.
Agee began her healthcare career in nursing and has held management positions with Carilion for the past 20 years. This is an opportunity for her to share Carilion Clinic's plans regarding Carilion Tazewell Community Hospital, and address any questions or concerns from the citizens of our area. In addition Agee will convey Carilion Clinic's broader vision for the company and healthcare in southwest Virginia.
