TAZEWELL - Following is a list of indictments returned by the Tazewell County Grand Jury for November, 2011.

The Commonwealth presented a total of 68 indictments on 66 individuals with 39 individuals residing in Tazewell County, Virginia and 27 individuals residing outside of Tazewell County.  Of the 27 individuals residing outside of Tazewell County, 12 reside in West Virginia, 4 in North Carolina, 2 in Indiana and 1 in New Jersey.

The Grand Jurors returned 65 True Bills and three (3) No True Bills for a total of 315 counts.  Twenty-seven (27) indictments were originally sealed pending arrest.  Of the 63 individuals indicted, 43 were men and 20 were women.
