TAZEWELL (WVVA) - The Tazewell County Grand Jury has returned its indictments for its September 2011 term.
The Commonwealth presented a total of 91 indictments on 88 individuals with 63 individuals residing in Tazewell County, Virginia and 25 individuals residing outside of Tazewell County.
Of the 25 individuals residing outside of Tazewell County, 16 reside in West Virginia. Of the 88 individuals indicted, 58 were men and 30 were women. The Grand Jurors returned 90 True Bills and 1 (one) No True Bill for a total of 357 counts. Thirty (30) indictments were originally sealed pending arrest.
