Hokies to face Minnesota in Big Ten/ACC Challenge

The Hokies are heading to the land of 10,000 lakes this winter, and no it won't be a vacation.

Virginia Tech is set to take on Minnesota in the 13th annual Big Ten/ACC Challenge on November 30th.

The Hokies have never played the Golden Gophers. Minnesota was 17-14 this past season and was 6-12 in Big Ten play.

The ACC has won 10 of the first 12 Challenges with league teams winning 72 of the 119 games played.
