    A coal miner has died in an accident in Buchanan County. It happened Wednesday afternoon at the CONSOL Buchanan Mine No.1. NBC affiliate WCYB reports that Virginia Department of Mines, Minerals and Energy spokesperson Tarah Kesterson confirmed that 41-year-old Michael Junior Justice was killed, possibly by electrocution.
