PRINCETON, WV – (PRESS RELEASE) – American Suzuki Motor Corp. names Pantili Suzuki, of Princeton, WV to its 2010 President's Club – making it one of the top dealers in the company's U.S. dealer network, which totals approximately 300.  Suzuki Auto dealers qualify for the coveted honor based on annual sales volume and by garnering high J.D. Power & Associates scores in both Sales Satisfaction Index (SSI) and Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) categories.

Billy Pantili is the Dealer Principal and Owner at Pantili Suzuki.  He has been an American Suzuki dealer for 2 years and a member of the local business community since 1996. Pantili Suzuki is a member of both the Bluefield and the Princeton Chambers of Commerce; in addition, Pantili sponsors several fundraisers for children each year including Child Protect and Jonathan's Hope.

"We are thrilled to be a Suzuki President's Club dealer – and we couldn't have done it without the support of the community," said Billy Pantili of Pantili Suzuki.  "This is a great opportunity to share our success with our customers and to be recognized as an integral part of Suzuki's national operations."

Locally, Pantili Suzuki experienced a 388% increase in sales over the previous year, led by the Kizashi, SX4, Grand Vitara and the Equator.  Another key driver of Pantili Suzuki's success was the dedication of the staff in the Service and Sales Department to make sure that every customer leaves with an outstanding experience which leads to high CSI and SSI scores.

"Suzuki's sales, despite a difficult economic climate, in 2010 was aided by outstanding dealerships such as Pantili Suzuki," said Kevin Saito, president of American Suzuki.  "I applaud Billy Pantili and his dedicated staff for a commitment to increase sales and provide exemplary customer service and satisfaction throughout the year."
