A woman who was charged with felony murder after a man died allegedly trying to steal copper wiring could soon get out of jail.

A $50,000 bond was set for Jennifer Garrison, 28, in Raleigh County.

If released, Garrison will also be required to be hooked up to an electronic monitoring system.

She also cannot have any contact with her codefendant, who happens to be her husband.
