MORGANTOWN, W.Va. (AP) -- West Virginia University and the University of Maryland have agreed to extend their football series for another four years.
WVU Athletic Director Oliver Luck announced Monday that the new agreement extends the series until 2017.
The two teams are meeting in Morgantown this weekend after a two-year hiatus. This year's game is part of a three-game package.
Luck says the new agreement calls for the Mountaineers to play in College Park in 2014. The series returns to Morgantown for two years, and then ends in College Park in 2017.
