    Woman guilty of four charges after running over employee

    MERCER CO. (WVVA) - Dustie Beller was on trial for running over a woman with her car all for chainsaw. While she was found not guilty of attempted murder, the jury did find her guilty of petty larceny, conspiracy, failure to stop and render aid, and malicious wounding. The victim had this to say about the verdict. "Um very happy,” Mackenzie Ansley said. “To be expected -- the attempted murder charge. I knew coming into it, it was an iffy charge. Send your completed application to: dvia@wvva.com or Snowpatrol Application, 3052 Big Laurel Highway, Bluefield, WV 24701, or fax the application ATTN: Danny Via at 304-327-5586.

Due to the number of applications being submitted for approval, please allow up to 5 business days to receive your ID and Passcode for Snowpatrol access. Applications are reviewed in the order in which they are received. 

At this time WVVA Snowpatrol cannot support business scheduling alerts or small group announcements. Snowpatrol is designed for school, church, and daycare delays and closings. Due to the wealth of information related to all businesses in the viewing area, we cannot support business delays or closings at this time.

Once your application has been submitted to WVVA, our news team will review your information, and if your organization qualifies for the Snowpatrol alert system, you will be contacted with an ID Number and Passcode to access the Snowpatrol automated system to make your delay or closing announcement.

The WVVA Snowpatrol application is not designed to make a temporary announcement. You must have the proper information to have your organization's scheduling change published on WVVA.com or announced on WVVA-TV.

Partial or incomplete applications will not be accepted for review.
