Two Fayette County residents are behind bars after a search warrant was executed in Oak Hill.
38-year-old Damon Luster was charged with being a felon in possession of a firearm, possession of a controlled substance with the intent to deliver and conspiracy to commit a felony.
And 19-year-old Tammy Jones was charged with possession of a controlled substance with the intent to deliver and conspiracy to commit a felony.
Both of the Oak Hill residents are currently being held at the Southern Regional Jail awaiting bond.
Police say the incident stems from a three month investigation of a shooting incident that occurred in August at Luster's home where two people were shot and injured.
