The West Virginia Water Festival wrapped up two weeks worth of events with "Safety On the Blue", a lesson in water safety on Bluestone Lake, with the help of the National Park Service and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.
The event featured games, face painting, contests, and prizes.
Park rangers also offered free rides on the rescue boat, and WVVA's Alexis Johnson hopped on board to learn a lesson on life jackets.
