LEWISBURG (WVVA)- Timothy Shawn Hinkle, age 31, of Rockingham County, VA, wanted for murder, was captured June 5th, 2011 in Greenbrier County.

He is wanted for three charges including second degree murder.

Hinkle was charged by a grand jury in Rockingham County for the murder of Christopher Corneil McCarthy in August, 2008.

The indictment states, " Timothy Shawn Hinkle did unlawfully, feloniously kill and murder Christopher Corneil McCarthy with malice."

He was found living in Clintonville when arrested by the Greenbrier County Sheriffs Department.

Hinkle is being held in Southern Regional Jail in Beaver.
