Rescue crews to return to W.Va. mine to look for 4

MULLENS, W.Va. (AP) -- A federal official says rescue crews will return underground to search for four missing West Virginia coal miners.

But Kevin Stricklin, an administrator with the Mine Safety and Health Administration, said Friday that he was discouraged that officials would not be able to see anything if they dropped a camera underground. Officials had hoped a camera would be able to see whether a refuge chamber had been used.

The chamber is considered the four miners' only chance of survival.

Twenty-five people were killed in the explosion Monday. Two survived.
