The suspect entered the New Hope Jewelry and Coins, showed a gun, and demanded money. The man was able to make off with an unidentified amount of money and jewelry.
The store owner drove to the hospital after the robbery with some reported injuries.
Deputies report they are now looking for a fair skinned white male, standing about 6 feet 1 inch, and weighing between 165 and 185 pounds.
A small, dark colored pick-up truck is a vehicle of interest.
