
Bluefield (WVVA) - Two people were taken to the hospital following an afternoon accident Wednesday on Brushfork-Falls Mills Road.
According to Deputy J.R. Coburn with the Mercer County Sheriff's Department, the driver of the red Ford Ranger was swerving to avoid an oncoming vehicle that had crossed the center line when he hit the ditch and flipped the vehicle.
The Ford Ranger landed on a passenger that was ejected from the vehicle.
The two injured passengers were taken to Bluefield Regional Medical Center.
The accident happened shortly after one Wednesday afternoon.
