CASE West Virginia and the West Virginia Housing Development Authority have created new low income homes for families. Positive drug test delays sentencing for ex-football player

PRINCETON, WV (WVVA) - A former Concord football player's sentencing hearing has been delayed after he tested positive for marijuana. Riyahd Richardson had plead guilty to conspiracy in connection with an alleged drug deal last November.
